Brno, Feb 12 (BD) – Yesterday afternoon, the construction workers found old WWII ammunition in the courtyard of one of the buildings on Šumavská in the center of Brno.

Police technicians identified 13 armored fists (“panzerfaust”) and 9 hand grenades.
Evacuation was not necessary. The old ammunition didn’t pose any danger, according to police spokesman Petr Vala.

The police removed the ammunition from the area.
