Czech Rep., Oct 9 (BD) – The historically low unemployment rate in the Czech Republic shows no sign of rising. New figures from the Labour Office of the Czech Republic indicate that unemployment in the country is static at 2.7%. Year-on-year, that represents a fall of 0.3%. The raw total of unemployed people has fallen to 201,900, the lowest since last September, and the number of vacancies is also down, at 345,000.

In the South Moravian Region, the unemployment rate was 3.2%, slightly above the national average.
