Brno, Nov 28 (BD) – Reconstruction of the Šumavská Tower began in 2015, and the whole rejuvenated complex should be open to the public by the end of 2019. The “golden” building C is already complete and contains offices for City of Brno services including municipal waste fees and driving licenses.
Work on the “silver” high-rise building B at Šumavská 31 has just finished, and the building’s owners are offering leases on modern office spaces of 200 m2 and above.
