Fans of graphs and stats can find out more about the key figures and trends in Brno in 2025, thanks to a panel exhibition on display in the park on Moravské náměstí until the end of September.
The panels show, for example, that last year there were 6.73 applicants for each job vacancy in Brno, which indicates higher competition on the labour market. Meanwhile, the number of visitors to the Brno Zoo and swimming pools has increased. City residents feel positive about the options for recreation and gastronomy in the city, but satisfaction with housing has decreased.
Visitors will also find QR codes on the panels, connecting with an audio guide on the city portal data.brno.cz, and can complete a quiz in the Brno in Numbers section. “In addition to the exhibition itself, we are also planning meetings with the public at the panels, with quizzes, data bingo, and cognitive games,” said Jan Zvara from the Department of Public Participation at Brno City Hall. The upcoming meetings will take place on 10 September (5-7pm), 16 September (1-5pm) and 29 September (1-5pm).
